Information you give us directly. When you contact us, request a demo, sign up for a product, or apply for a job, we collect what you submit — name, email, phone number, company, role, and anything you choose to share in a message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we automatically collect technical information about your visit: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is standard for any website and we use it to keep the site working, secure, and to understand how people use it.
Information from third parties. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider (Google, Microsoft) or interact with our products through a connected app (Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce), we receive the information that provider shares with us under your authorization.
What we do not collect. We do not collect sensitive personal data (race, religion, political affiliation, health information) unless you explicitly provide it in connection with a product that requires it (for example, healthcare clients using HIPAA-aligned deployments under a signed Business Associate Agreement).

We take security seriously — it is a core part of how we operate. Our infrastructure runs on certified cloud providers (SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS Level 1, ISO/IEC 27001 & 27701, HIPAA, GDPR-compliant). Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel, logged, and reviewed.
